　TAJINE, a famous Moroccan dish, is a stew of meat and vegetables cooked slowly.
Traditionall Tajine is a conical - lidded shallow earthware dish of the same name.
　We cook Tajine in an authentic way, using some spices, olieves and preserved lemons.
These aromatics delicately infuse dishes and turn very simple food into something outstanding.
